Jenny has worked in the legal industry for almost 20 years, in both New Zealand and the United Kingdom. She has experience of multiple legal practice management systems both as a user and system administrator. Her system management experience includes migrations between legal practice management systems, developing and maintaining templates, providing training to staff and as well as writing guidance documentation.

Jenny has extensive experience managing Actionstep for law firms. This includes design, creation and customisation of matter types and template/precedent documents. She also completes general system maintenance such as new user set up, updates to billing systems, implementation of AML procedures, workflow design and set up and Knowledge Base/Wiki set up and maintenance. She also provides staff training and written guidance tailored to the specific Actionstep system.

In 2022 Jenny completed the set up of a new division within a firm’s Actionstep system and ran a migration of clients and matters to that new division. This included establishing the account set up in the new division, including re-linking to Xero.

Jenny regularly updates her skills via Actionstep’s training resources.
