Jenny is highly experienced in the creation of document templates for Word, Excel and email. This includes customisation of Actionstep to store the data relevant to your firm for the purpose of importing into document templates, which has time saving benefits and reduces the potential for errors.
Jenny is also able to assist with reviewing, enhancing and maintaining systems and documents already in place.

Matter & Data Management
Jenny is experienced in the custom design of Actionstep systems, including matter set up and custom data collections. This has benefits both in terms of easy access to matter information and data as well as linking into personalised templates.
Jenny is also able to advise on and create Workflow systems.

Billing Administration
Jenny is experienced in billing administration management, including setting up charge rates, time recording templates, disbursement templates and email templates for both billing and debtor management.

Training & Documentation
Jenny’s experience includes providing training and support for day to day system users, as well as creation of personalised guidance and training documentation. She has also provided training and support to enable firms to undertake their own ongoing system maintenance.
